Powergate V3.86 - Personal OBD Programmer Software No Dongle Found

Powergate V3.86 "No dongle found" error? There are three possible reasons. 1)Maybe some problems at your software, contact your seller to send you another new software drive. 2)Check whether you forget to insert dongle, if you don't forget, check whether the computer USB interface can't communicate with the dongle. 3)Check whether the dongle is broken.
