A: You choose a wrong protocol (as: nec24c32, nec24c64) or your car model is not supported by Super VAG K+CAN Plus 2.0.

A: Please try to the following operation:
1) Please back to the old mileage value with Super VAG 2.0, maybeIt hasn't complete change mileage before you stop it, and then the dashboard freeze and the car can't start.
2) Select the option "Other" in the plus 2.0 menu to reset RB8.
3) Back to the old mileage value with the VAG commander software of VVDI , choose K-LINE dashboard, and set the immobilizer to "6".

2. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" to flush DNS resolver cache
3. Type "ping xhorse.gicp.net" to check connection to server.
