Note: If your update Subscription is expired, you need to buy MK808 Update service again.

Q:Hello, I would like to ask if your diagnostics, if you turn it on, you can't turn it off because mine crashes and stays that way.

Please try to operate like this:
1. Connect the power adapter to check if the power light is on or not, if the power light is not on, please try to change another same version power cable to check again;
2. if the power light is on, please charge the power adapter more than half an hour or on hour to check again.
3. After do the step 2, if still cannot turn on the device, please press the start button for 15 seconds to check if it can turn on or not.
4. if do all 3 steps, still same problem, maybe need to send back for exchage or repair.
