does live data logging and then store the data in a file that I can later review on my pc?

Yes, all the data are stored in ES file exploer, you can check it anytime.

Very Happy with this key programner kit. The Autel IM508 is an excellent device that comes pre-equip a lot of features to aid in key programming.
