What is a buyout version?
 
The buyout version refers to buying out the functions before leaving the factory.
This version is more comprehensive than the basic version.
No need to pay for activation separately, it covers most of the functions on the market when the product leaves the factory.
So it is called a buyout version (you don't need to open some functions one by one when you just get the product )
This is not a buyout version for permanent time, it is ONLY refer to some specific time period.
The whole functions of the product are fixed when you buy it.
 
Why do you need tokens to get new functions?
 
Since it is not a buyout version for permanent time, there will be new high-end functions developed by the factory after your product leaves the factory.
If you need these high-end functions developed by the factory, you will need tokens to get them.

If you need the function for some car for a long time, you can also buy out this function from the factory (you don't need to consume tokens every time).
