Q: It reads “dealer code error” when I register X431 iDiag, how to fix?
A: “Dealer code error” shows you register CC number on the computer, the Dealer Code is 86A (A should be capital letter).
But, when you register CC No on iPad or iPhone, it will not ask for Dealer code, after you register CC No, you can go on Log in Launch website to pay and download the software, while you cannot go on log in Launch website on computer after register CC number.
Q: X431 iDiag language
A: X431 iDiag language depends on your IP address that you use to register and pay the software.
