1. After you place an order on our website, please email a picture of the expiration date on your device to sales@cartool.co.uk.
2. We will open one year update authorization for you.
3. It will need 24hours for the OBDSTAR technician to do the update service.
4. We will send email to tell you that the renewal service is open, then you can use it. 

How to Activate the OBDSTAR Renewal Subscription?

2. Connect the device to the network
3. Click "DP"
4. Click "Upgrade" to update it
